Our official accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest...) aim to:

• Promote authentic Corsican crafts knifemaker.
• Highlight the know-how of our partner craftsmen.
• Inform our customers and the community about our new products, events, and special offers.
• Create a relationship of trust and proximity with our subscribers.

• Authenticity and Sobriety: Each publication reflects our territorial and cultural roots.
• Respect for traditions: we highlight island heritage without caricature.
• Accessibility: a simple, clear language without excessive technical jargon.
• Respectful and professional: we never respond aggressively or ironically.

Policy of moderation

• Technical questions or products Custom answer in 24 h
• Polished remarks, constructive criticisms Response with listening and explanation
• Displaced or hateful comments Deleted + banishment if recidivism
• Private Messages (DM) Response under 48 h (except holidays announced)

Commitment and responses

We respond to messages and comments from Monday to Friday, between 9 h and 17 h.

We are committed to responding in the open 48 h to direct messages.
