Withdrawal effects

In the event of your withdrawal from a purchase made, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive mode of standard delivery proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you except the return costs that will remain at your expense.
